Scanner Applications for Smartphones
There are many low-cost applications you can use for scanning documents from your smartphone.
The iPhone app, Scanner Pro, is $3.99 and is great for scanning and saving a digital version of almost any size of documents. It will automatically detect borders and correct distortion and geometry. Clients can then contact our office for a secure way to email/upload the scanned documents to us.

Affordable Office Scanners
Our favorite small mechanical scanner is the Fujitsu ScanSnap. It is a great tool for home or office scanning. It has a small footprint, works very quickly, scans both sides of a document, eliminates blank pages, and preps documents for email and or storage.
It is currently $399.00 at Office Depot or Staples and is a great product if you are looking to get organized and reduce paper in your life/business.
